1. What kind of information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?

    1)  box type and printing requirements.
    2)  box folded size or flat size. < Length x Width x Depth >
    3)  material and finish of packaging boxes.
    4)  printing color or box finish if you are unsure, we could also provide suggestions.

    Usually the quotation will be sent to you within 4 working hours upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgent, we can quote for you within 1 hour or even less time.
 

2. Can I get a sample before mass production?
 

    Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample by pics or real couriers. 
 

3. Is sample free? how long can you produce samples?
 

   1)  White sample is free. Finished samples, we only charge printing and material cost, since running on printer is very expensive.
   2)  White sample needs 1-2 working days, and digital sample needs 3-5 working day after file approval.printing sample needs 5-7 working days after file approval.
 

4. Is the sample charge can be refundable?
 

    Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production with QTY over MOQ.
 

5. How long is the mass production time?
 

    Normally 15-25 working days according to different QTYS. Rush order is available.
 

6. What kind of file format do you accept?
 

    We accept all standard file formats. However, AI & PDF format is preferred if the files are print ready. 
 

7. Can you print spot varnish, UV clear coating and a 5th or 6th color?
 

     Yes. We have 6C printer and complete post process machines.
 

8. Which shipping way is available and how to track?
 

    1)  By sea to your nearest port
    2)  By air to your nearest airport

     35% of the total value to be paid before production, 65% balance before shipping.
